**Conditions of Grooming Appointments & Boarding Bookings - The customer must notify the staff at least 48 hours before any grooming appointment date to advise of a cancellation. If the appointment is not cancelled and the pet does not attend their appointment, they will be asked to prepay in store before any future appointments will be taken. All Boarding bookings confirmed will be charged for the days you nominate. Please book your days carefully as no refunds will be given for early returns or cancelled bookings but can be used for a later date nominated.
